Whispers of Love in the wind...
Whispers of Love in the Wind
Beneath the golden, tender light,
Where lilies bloom in hush of night,
A gentle wind through meadows sways,
Soft as your touch, in love’s embrace.
The roses blush with crimson hue,
Their petals kissed by morning dew,
Yet none so fair, nor bright, nor true,
As lips that whisper, "I love you."
The moonlight weaves a silver thread,
Through willow’s arms, where dreams are spread,
And every star in sky’s embrace
Reflects the glow upon your face.
Oh, let the rivers hum our song,
Where birds in tune to love belong,
For nature’s heart and mine entwine,
Forever yours, forever mine.
